i think that your site is very cluttered... i don't know what is an ad and what is the site. and there are way too many links to other sites in my opinion. and the big picture of all the whales in the middle of the main page is linked to the main page. if it doesn't go somewhere to enlarge the picture or another page then it shouldn't be linked.
