When Oddity resolves a support issue by adding a database purchase, upgrading its license, or issuing an eligible Master version update, the account shows a completed admin-issued order. It records the product, release version, and license rights granted. No provider payment was captured, and the order does not claim that you completed checkout or accepted an agreement during that action.

An admin-issued license upgrade adds rights to the version on its source purchase. It does not restore downloads of a superseded version. An admin-issued Master update covers the current public version when it is issued. Download access follows the same version and account eligibility rules as other completed purchases. If the order, license, or version looks wrong, contact support with the order number.
