What may be collected

The information depends on how you use the site. Browsing the public catalog requires less information than registering, purchasing, requesting support, or applying as a seller.

02

03

Seller information

Seller or brand details, country, payout preference, submissions, source descriptions, uploaded packages, and review status.

04

Technical information

IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring pages, security events, and server logs.

Purpose

How information is used

  • Create and maintain customer and seller accounts
  • Process orders, licenses, invoices, downloads, and support requests
  • Review seller applications and private dataset submissions
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot site problems
  • Communicate about transactions, services, and requested updates

  • Meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell personal information.

We also do not enable advertising storage, advertising personalization, or Google signals through the site’s current analytics configuration.

Limited disclosure

When information may be shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the business purpose involved, or when legally required.

A

Service providers

Hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and technical providers may process limited information to perform services for Oddity.

B

Legal and safety needs

Information may be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, property, users, and systems.

C

Business changes

Relevant records may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Access and control

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or limit particular uses.

You can update many account details from the customer portal. For other requests, contact us and describe the account or transaction involved. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Responsible handling

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No online system can promise absolute security.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including account operation, order delivery, seller review, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and accounting. Retention periods vary by record type and obligation.

Payment processing

Payment details

Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy and security practices. Oddity keeps transaction and order records needed to confirm payment, provide licensed products, support customers, and maintain business records; the site does not need to store a complete payment-card number for those purposes.

Is this site intended for children?

No. Oddity Software’s products and services are intended for business and general adult audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
