Signed-out visitors can use the floating Help button and choose Contact Oddity. The request becomes a support ticket and the receipt offers a secure way to attach it to an account.

Signed-in customers should use Contact in the customer workspace so the ticket is linked immediately. Keep related replies in the same conversation.
