Start with locations and join other tables using location_id. Treat postal codes and license numbers as text. CSV blanks correspond to JSON null and SQLite NULL. Published contacts are unverified; historical facts are explicitly marked historical_unverified.

If a protected download fails, return to your account download page and contact support with the order number, version and displayed error. A failed transfer is not a completed download.
