My Downloads shows the version, license, files, and current access state for each completed purchase. You may download an eligible purchased version as often as needed while it remains current. A newer public release ends download access to the earlier version and does not grant the new version automatically.

Keep a secure local backup after a successful transfer. If a transfer fails or access is unavailable, contact support with the order, database, version, and exact error so the delivery evidence can be reviewed.
