Version 2.0.0 is a dated NPPES snapshot through October 4, 2026. It contains 65,235 individual provider records, 78,505 reported practice location rows, and 83,257 provider taxonomy rows. The three tables link by NPI. Location and taxonomy rows should not be counted as additional people.
