What changed in BC Business Source Details version 2.1.0?

Version 2.1.0 contains 117,926 source listings: 89,421 municipal business licence listings from Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, and Victoria, plus 28,505 active federal corporations with BC registered offices. These are different record types. The total is not a count of unique businesses or a complete BC registry.
Usage, Publication, and Master contain the same selected listing population, with different available fields and licence rights. Each tier includes CSV, JSON, and SQLite. The sample and measured field statistics are on the DB451 product page.
