Signed-in customers can review orders, invoices, payment state, and purchased items from Orders. A submitted order is not the same as a completed payment or fulfilled download.

Oddity may also issue a database purchase directly to an account while resolving a support request. An admin-issued order is marked as such and has no provider payment or customer checkout acceptance. Its product, version, license, and download access appear in the account. If a payment appears incomplete, do not repeat it automatically. Open the order and contact support with the order number so the existing provider evidence can be reviewed.
