The AdBrite Developers ActiveX Component will allow software developers to add their AdBrite ads to their software in several different visual and layout methods. The Component allows you to input an ad serving location (page on the web) where your ads can be viewed. The component will then connect to that page and capture your ads at regular intervals (specified by the developer) to refresh the ads that are being displayed in your application. Always displaying your most current ads, the default update period is every 30 minutes. It will also allow you to input your purchase link so that users can access your AdBrite page to purchase ads as well. This ActiveX control works just like your normal web ads allowing users to click them. When a user clicks an Ad it will call their default browser, and take them to the ad URL as normal.
