Choose the depth your project needs

Parking Directory supplies the location table. Parking Contacts and Classifications adds published contact channels and category relationships. Complete Parking Research adds brand summaries, brand-to-location relationships and 141 dated historical contact facts for 113 current locations.

The release contains 16,473 US records across all 50 states and the District of Columbia, plus 3,673 Canadian records across nine provinces. No qualifying records represent Prince Edward Island or Canada's territories.

Know what the records represent

Coverage includes parking lots, garages, parking services and park-and-ride locations. Records are directory locations, not counts of parking spaces or unique legal companies. Generic parking labels do not identify the facility structure. Operating status distinguishes reported open from unreported; availability must be confirmed with the operator.

The database contains no live vacancy, capacity, pricing, hours or reservation data. Contacts are published but not independently tested. Coordinates identify locations and may not mark vehicle entrances. Historical supplements are clearly dated 2015 and require verification.
