A selective directory of U.S. animal hospital locations

Explore 2,990 hospital location records across 49 states and Washington, D.C., with published names, addresses and coordinates. North Dakota is not represented. Coverage is selective, with a substantial concentration of Banfield and VCA locations; this is not a comprehensive national hospital census or a directory of all animal services.

Choose the depth your project needs

Animal Hospital Directory ($20, Usage) provides locations and identifiers. Hospital Contacts and Classifications ($30, Publication) adds published contact channels and category relationships. Complete Animal Hospital Data ($40, Master) also includes brand summaries, brand-to-location relationships and available dated contact supplements. Each tier includes its listed tables in CSV, JSON and SQLite.

Understand the coverage

There are 1,778 records with reported Banfield, VCA or BluePearl brands (59.46% of the release). The other 1,212 have no reported brand; that does not establish independent ownership. Separately identified hospital units on a shared campus may be separate records. The count does not represent unique land parcels or corporate owners.

Records qualify through explicit animal hospital or emergency pet hospital classifications, or published Banfield and VCA hospital listings. A name containing hospital, a general veterinarian category or a premises permit alone does not qualify. General grooming, boarding, daycare, hospice and rehabilitation directories are outside this scope.

Know the coverage limits

Coverage within individual brands is partial. Published details may change, and the release does not claim to include every hospital or every location of a represented brand.

These are directory records, not a veterinary license registry. Listings do not establish licensure, accreditation, emergency capability, opening hours or real-time availability. Published contacts require verification and do not indicate consent for unsolicited marketing. Coordinates may not identify a public entrance.
